Proteins, it is very important (I guess it works?). I suppose it will take a long time. I suggest you buy two of them in two different versions. Change is good if you are on a diet can be boring after a while. What about chocolate and strawberries? Two very different tastes!
From where did I say chocolate. If the use of buttermilk, I prefer vanilla ice cream with orange juice mixed fruitand. Another option is the chocolate peanut butter muscle milk.
